Itinerary: Lima -San Bartolome-Lima
Departure Saturday : 2:00 pm at the site suggested by visitors
Walk duration : 10 hours.
Walking distance : 8.8 kilometers.
Height: Item : 1630 meters above sea level Pampa de Zárate to 3050 meters above sea level
Temperature: 30 degrees Day , Night 5 degrees.
Required : good health , fitness and especially predisposition toward the effort.
The first day : Acclimatization , Dinner: we recommend a light soup or broth. Overnight at a lodge in the village of San Bartolome .
The second day : Breakfast : 5:00 am
Part of the Walk : 6:00 am . Cruz Interpretation Center where the trek started to Pampa through the Chapel Zárate , Chunaca , Mital , Molle, Chepta , Crawlspace , waterfall and Pampa de Zárate .
Snack: 12 noon .
Return to the village of San Bartolome .
Dinner: 5:00 pm .
Return to Lima : 9:00pm
